HT1621B is a TDSEMIC segment LCD driver/controller supporting up to 128 display dots, with built-in display RAM, oscillator, watchdog timer and buzzer output, over a 3-wire / 4-wire serial interface. Available in SSOP-24, SOP-28, SSOP-48, LQFP44 and LQFP48 packages, it offers flexible choice by PCB space and segment count, operates over -40 C to +85 C, and suits segment LCDs of home appliances and instruments.
