Consistency is a manufacturing problem, not a promise
Semiconductor quality is decided on the line, not in the brochure. Our approach is to make the process itself repeatable and to document what we actually measured.
Design-in support
Our FAE team reviews your schematic and BOM, proposes pin-to-pin alternatives and supplies evaluation samples before you commit to a production order.
Manufacturing control
Packaging and test run in our Suining, Sichuan plant — a packaging & test foundry established in 2010 — with product testing to CNAS and TUV laboratory standards.
Electrical characterisation
Every part number is characterised across its full operating temperature range. Datasheets state minimum, typical and maximum values rather than typical-only figures.
Traceability
Lot numbers link each shipment back to its wafer lot and test record, so quality issues can be contained to a specific batch rather than a whole product family.
RoHS compliance
All shipping part numbers are RoHS compliant. Material declarations are available to customers on request.
Second-source discipline
Where we offer a replacement for an imported device, we document the differences in electrical limits and package dimensions so you can judge the risk before design-in.
