HT7133S is a TDSEMIC high-voltage-input LDO linear regulator with a fixed 3.3 V output and wide input-voltage capability. It integrates a reference, error amplifier, over-current and thermal-shutdown protection, with low quiescent power and a simple, highly stable external circuit.
