HT7150S-TD is a TDSEMIC high-voltage-input LDO linear regulator delivering a stable 5.0 V output. It integrates a reference and error amplifier with short-circuit, thermal-shutdown and over-current protection, has low quiescent power and few external components, and suits high-voltage to 5.0 V conversion in industrial control, display modules, home appliances and vehicle accessories.
